Ekuot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides MuseWall 4K Live Launcher (the “App”). This Policy explains information the App may access, collect, process, use, store, or share, and the choices available to you.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, device settings, permissions you grant, and App version, the App may process:

• Launcher information, such as installed app names, icons, package identifiers, and launch preferences, to display, organize, search, and open apps;
• App preferences, such as home-screen layout, wallpaper selections, shortcut arrangement, theme, language, and feature settings;
• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, screen characteristics, network state, IP-derived general region, diagnostics, and crash logs;
• Usage and interaction information, such as feature interactions, viewed screens, taps, ad interactions, and performance events, where analytics or advertising functions are included;
• Wallpaper content information needed to browse, preview, download, cache, or apply wallpaper and live wallpaper content; and
• Support communications you voluntarily send, including your email address and message contents.

We do not intentionally collect the contents of your contacts, messages, photos, or personal files unless a feature clearly requests access and you choose to grant it.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide launcher functionality; display and organize apps and shortcuts; remember settings; deliver wallpaper and live wallpaper content; measure performance and stability; prevent fraud or abuse; personalize or measure advertising where enabled; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Advertising or measurement partners may process identifiers or technical data to provide, personalize, limit, or measure ads, subject to their own policies and your applicable privacy choices.

4. Permissions and Device Access

The App may request permissions needed for supported features. Internet access may be used to load content, previews, updates, advertising, analytics, or related online services. Storage or photo access may be used to save wallpapers, import images, cache content, or manage downloads. Wallpaper-related permissions may be used to let you apply visual settings. Android lets you review or change most permissions in device settings.

5. Storage and Security

Launcher settings and similar information are generally stored locally on your device until you change settings, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Technical, advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information may be processed by us or our service providers where those services are present.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for app distribution, advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, content delivery, and infrastructure. These providers may receive limited device, identifier, usage, network, or diagnostic information needed for their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The App may also open or link to third-party websites or content. When you interact with third-party content, that third party's privacy policy applies.

7. Your Choices and Deletion

You may manage permissions, change the default home app, adjust advertising or privacy controls, and reset launcher preferences through Android and App settings. You can remove locally stored settings by clearing App data or uninstalling the App. You may also control certain advertising identifiers or personalized-ad settings through your device or Google settings where available.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy is subject to that updated Policy.
